When using the “Contact” form
When using the form “Contact”, the Clay AIR, Inc. company collects the following personal data:
- The first and last names listed in the input field
- The e-mail address in the input field
- The phone number in the input field
These personal data are processed in order to receive the User’s message and to be able to respond.
They will be kept in the company’s archives and in the history of received messages until the user exercises his/her right of opposition or his/her right to erase data under the conditions laid out in Article 4.
The legal basis for the collection and processing of the above-mentioned personal data is the User’s consent, who may at any time withdraw it.
When using the “Subscribe” form
When using the “Subscribe” form, the Clay AIR, Inc. company collects the following user’s personal data:
- Email address
These personal data are collected and processed in order to send the newsletter and commercial information relating to the development of the CLAY AIR technology to the email address provided by the User.
This practice could be equated to the commercial prospecting, which the User expressly agrees to by providing his/her email address.
He/she is also informed that he/she may oppose it by simple request and free of charge under the conditions laid out in Article 4.
Data are stored in a form enabling the identification of the User until the User unsubscribes to the newsletter via the link inserted at the bottom of each publication.
No disclosure of this information abroad or to third parties.
The company uses the User’s personal data solely for its own needs and does not transfer them to any third party, or abroad.
Your rights regarding your personal data
Right to access
Users may access their personal data processed by the company.
In the event that such a request was submitted to it, the company will provide the User a copy of all personal data as well as all legally required information.
The right to portability
The User also has a portability right of his/her personal data.
This right differs from the right to access to personal data to the extent that (i) it only applies to data provided by the User to the Company and (ii) it enables the User to obtain that data in a structured format and machine-readable.
Unlike the right to access, the right to portability of personal data does not require that the file sent to the User and containing his/her personal data to be readable. This file will strictly contain his/her personal data without any other information whatsoever.
The User’s right to personal data portability allows for the possibility that they be transmitted to another data controller, as chosen by the User, provided that this is technically possible.
Right of rectification
The User may request to correct his/her personal data if it is demonstrated that they are, incomplete or obsolete.
Right to erasure
The user can request that his/her personal information be deleted (i) if his/her personal data are no longer necessary to the purpose for which they were collected or are processed (ii) if the User has removed consent to the processing of his/her personal data, provided that prior consent was the legal basis for their collection and treatment and that there is no other legal basis justifying them, (iii) the User opposed the collection or treatment of his/her personal data according to the following paragraph of the present article, (iv) the treatment of the User’s personal data is illegal, (v) the User’s personal data need to be removed so that the Company complies with its legal obligation (vi) if the User was a minor at the time ofcollection of his/her personal data. In this latter case (vi) and provided that the User is a minor at the time of the request, holders of User’s parental authority may also request that his/her data personal with the Company be deleted.
Right of opposition
The User can always object to the processing of his/her personal data especially when it comes to marketing purposes.
Right to limitation of the processing
The User can request the limitation of the processing of his/her personal data (i) in the event that he/she would challenge the accuracy of his/her personal data, during the time period necessary to the Company in order to verify said inaccuracy, (ii) if the processing of his/her personal data is illegal and the User wishes to limit rather than to request the removal of said data, (iii) if the User wishes that the Company retains personal data when those are needed for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal rights, (iv) if the User opposed the processing of his/her personal data, in the period during which the Company verifies whether it has no other legitimate reasons for overriding continue their processing.
Right to set guidelines relating to the fate of the data after his/her death
The user can provide the Company with guidelines for how to store, erase and communicate his/her personal data after his/her death.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Who we share your data with
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
